In 2007, Bodø municipality began its work to create new attractive arenas for art, literature and culture in the center of Bodø. The result of the work was two magnificent buildings, Stormen concert hall and Stormen library. The library should embrace all age groups, ethnicities, genders and income groups. Stormen library should be a library and meeting place for absolutely everyone – both for the city’s population, but also for the region.
